Seed Selection

We believe that the foundation of a great product lies in selecting the finest seeds. We extensively research and carefully select premium seeds from trusted suppliers. We prioritize factors such as seed variety, adaptability to our growing conditions and genetic purity to ensure that only the best seeds make it into our cultivation process. Great produce comes from great seeds.

Planting

Once we have the perfect seeds in hand, we embark on the planting phase. Our skilled team employs advanced techniques to prepare the perfect growing medium and conditions for our seeds. For certain crops where transplanting seedlings is not required, attention is paid to plant spacing and density. We have a dedicated nursery area where our seeds are germinated, nourished and taken care of until they are ready for transplanting.

Growing

The healthiest seedlings are chosen and carefully transplanted into our growing systems. During the growing phase, the crops are monitored closely. We provide optimal care, suitable temperature, ideal amount of sunlight, and natural pest control. Our commitment to sustainable practices and cultivation methods ensures that our crops thrive while minimizing environmental impact.

Saffron Flower

Saffron flowers grow from an underground corm, or bulb and have thin, blade-like green foliage, or leaves which can grow to sixty centimeters in length. The foliage is not self-supporting and may fold over forming a weeping habit as it matures. The flowers range in color from light lavender to a deep royal purple, and some crocus bulbs will occasionally produce a pure white flower which is representative of its original wild form. Each flower typically has five petals with three red stigmas, and on a rare occasion, a flower may produce five stigmas.

Pine Nuts

Pine nuts are edible kernels extracted from the seed of a variety of species of pine tree. The seeds are typically thick-shelled and grow inside of pine cones that look very similar to the pine cones that grow on other pines grown only for timber. Cone harvesting and extraction and preparation of the kernels are time-consuming and costly – contributing to the high prices at which pine nuts sell. Pine nuts are highly nutritious and keep well for many months if stored properly in dry, cool conditions and out of direct sunlight.

Ginso Nuts

The Ginso, a valuable species belonging to the Araliaceae family, is a small but resilient tree native to diverse regions including China, Russia, India, Central America, and Belarus. Thriving in a variety of climatic conditions, the Ginso tree is highly regarded for its nutrient-rich nuts, which have earned global recognition in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries. These nuts are a core ingredient in the formulation of potent medicines, thanks to their unique composition of bioactive compounds. For centuries, traditional and modern medicine alike have harnessed the therapeutic power of Ginso nuts, making the tree a prized botanical resource across multiple cultures..

Macadamia Nuts

Macadamia is a genus of four species of evergreen trees belonging to the family Proteaceae known for their richly flavoured edible seeds. Two species of the genus are commercially important for their fruit. The trees originated in the coastal rainforests and scrubs of what is now Queensland in northeastern Australia and are grown commercially in a number of subtropical areas.
